It's no secret. Every local church community has its problems. Every Christian movement, conservative Anabaptism included, has its blind spots and inconsistencies. It is easy to respond with helpless hand-wringing or reactionary criticism. But that leaves us powerless to seize the opportunites of the future. How do we take grateful ownership of what we have received - problems included - as the gift that it truly is?
