Helping Staff Thrive through Member Care and Support Groups

Missionaries face many pressures that can leave them feeling stressed and worn. Member care from the sending organization can work in tandem with support groups from the sending church to keep missionaries healthy. In this session we will explore some ways that a sending organization and a sending church can harmonize their efforts to keep their missionary healthy.
