Developing Great Board Members
Becoming effective in board work does not just happen; it must be a priority. That means we need to set aside time to develop the vision, knowledge, and skills of new board members so our boards can function well. As Abraham Lincoln said, “Never think someone is losing time by stopping to sharpen his ax.”
Developing Great Board Members was presented by Gary Paul Miller at REACH 2022, on March 24-25, 2022, at Calvary Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
