Bloom's Taxonomy, Revised
Bloom's Taxonomy has become a classic way to present the objectives that guide learning activities. The model of learning objectives below, from Iowa State University, suggests a more nuanced understanding of how different levels of questions and activities equip students to work with knowledge. Bloom's Taxonomy Revised, from the IUPUI Center for Teaching and Learning, provides model questions and instructional strategies that correspond with the revised taxonomy.

Countries around the World Theme Projects
A document with 26 different craft projects, each for a specific country. These projects use basic craft and kitchen items. For most of the projects, you will need to follow a link to find the project. Miss Hess did one craft project per week with her fourth grade class. The beginning of the document tells about some other things she did to incorporate this "Countries of the World" theme in her classroom.

Word 12 Formatting Practice Document
In this practice project for Word, students create a document with a centered title in all capitals, the first letter of each word slightly larger than the rest. Throughout the document the font is different sizes, sometimes boldfaced or in color. Students must number the main points and indent for subpoints.
