Thomas lives in Kisumu, Kenya with his wife Susan, one son, and two daughters. He serves as the Director of Operations for East Africa at Propel Training, that is Open Hands as legally registered in Kenya. He provides oversight to the employees and oversees the quality and progress of the program while offering advisory assistance to the East African Director and Open Hands Leadership. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Maseno University and has also studied Drug and Substance Addiction Psychology in the Netherlands. He also serves as a bishop for Christian Believers Fellowship, a conservative Mennonite Church in Kenya.
